Nuvalo hecht veel waarde aan de bescherming van jouw persoonsgegevens. In dit privacybeleid leggen we uit welke gegevens we verzamelen, waarom we dat doen, hoe lang we ze bewaren en welke rechten jij hebt. Dit beleid is van toepassing op alle diensten die Nuvalo aanbiedt via nuvalo.app en gonuvalo.com.

2. Welke gegevens verzamelen we?

Wij verzamelen uitsluitend gegevens die jij zelf aan ons verstrekt via het aanvraagformulier op onze website:

  • Bedrijfsnaam
  • E-mailadres
  • Aantal beoogde gebruikers
  • Geüploade bestanden (Excel-bestand en bedrijfslogo)
  • Geselecteerde prijscategorie en/of modules

Wij plaatsen geen tracking cookies, gebruiken geen Google Analytics en maken geen gebruik van advertentienetwerken.

3. Waarom verwerken we jouw gegevens?

Wij verwerken jouw persoonsgegevens uitsluitend voor de volgende doeleinden:

  • Uitvoering van de overeenkomst — om jouw aanvraag te beoordelen, een offerte op te stellen en de afgesproken software te bouwen.
  • Communicatie — om contact met je op te nemen over jouw aanvraag, voortgang en oplevering.
  • Facturatie — om na akkoord en oplevering een factuur te kunnen sturen.

Juridische grondslag: uitvoering van een overeenkomst (AVG art. 6 lid 1b) en gerechtvaardigd belang (AVG art. 6 lid 1f).

4. Hoe lang bewaren we jouw gegevens?

  • Aanvraaggegevens zonder vervolgopdracht: maximaal 6 maanden na ontvangst.
  • Gegevens van actieve of afgeronde opdrachten: 7 jaar (conform wettelijke bewaarplicht).
  • Geüploade bestanden: worden verwijderd zodra de analyse is afgerond en de opdracht niet doorgaat, of uiterlijk 6 maanden na ontvangst.

5. Delen we jouw gegevens met derden?

Nuvalo verkoopt jouw gegevens nooit aan derden. Wij maken gebruik van de volgende verwerkers:

  • Supabase — opslag van aanvraaggegevens en geüploade bestanden (servers binnen de EU).
  • Resend — verzending van bevestigings- en offertemails.

Buiten deze partijen worden jouw gegevens niet gedeeld, tenzij wij daartoe wettelijk verplicht zijn.

6. Beveiliging

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om jouw persoonsgegevens te beschermen. Alle communicatie verloopt via HTTPS. Geüploade bestanden worden opgeslagen in een beveiligde omgeving met beperkte toegang.

7. Jouw rechten

Op grond van de AVG heb je de volgende rechten:

  • Inzage — je kunt opvragen welke gegevens wij van jou hebben.
  • Rectificatie — je kunt onjuiste gegevens laten corrigeren.
  • Verwijdering — je kunt verzoeken om verwijdering van jouw gegevens.
  • Bezwaar — je kunt bezwaar maken tegen de verwerking van jouw gegevens.
  • Gegevensoverdraagbaarheid — je kunt jouw gegevens opvragen in een gangbaar bestandsformaat.

Heb je een klacht? Dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

8. Cookies

Nuvalo gebruikt geen tracking cookies of analytische cookies. Wij plaatsen uitsluitend functionele cookies die strikt noodzakelijk zijn voor de werking van de website.

9. Wijzigingen

Wij kunnen dit privacybeleid aanpassen als onze dienstverlening of de wetgeving daartoe aanleiding geeft. De meest actuele versie staat altijd op deze pagina.

2. What data do we collect?

We only collect data that you provide to us directly via the request form on our website:

  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Number of intended users
  • Uploaded files (Excel file and company logo)
  • Selected price category and/or modules

We do not place tracking cookies, do not use Google Analytics, and do not use advertising networks.

3. Why do we process your data?

We process your personal data solely for the following purposes:

  • Performance of the agreement — to assess your request, prepare a proposal, and build the agreed software.
  • Communication — to contact you about your request, progress, and delivery.
  • Invoicing — to send an invoice after approval and delivery.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

4. How long do we retain your data?

  • Request data without a follow-up assignment: maximum 6 months after receipt.
  • Data from active or completed assignments: 7 years (statutory retention obligation).
  • Uploaded files: deleted once the analysis is complete and the assignment does not proceed, or no later than 6 months after receipt.

5. Do we share your data with third parties?

Nuvalo never sells your data to third parties. We use the following processors:

  • Supabase — storage of request data and uploaded files (servers within the EU).
  • Resend — sending confirmation and proposal emails.

Beyond these parties, your data is not shared unless we are legally obliged to do so.

6. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored in a secure environment with restricted access.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access — you can request what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — you can have incorrect data corrected.
  • Erasure — you can request deletion of your data.
  • Objection — you can object to the processing of your data.
  • Data portability — you can request your data in a common file format.

Have a complaint? You can file one with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

8. Cookies

Nuvalo does not use tracking or analytical cookies. We only place functional cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the website.

We may update this privacy policy if our services or legislation require it. The most current version is always available on this page.
